I may not know the GMAT algorithm but I know one thing for sure- NEVER GET THE EASY QUESTIONS WRONG OR YOU’RE STUCK WITH LOW LEVEL QUESTIONS FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 3 QUESTIONS
Hmmm

Interesting

I need to analyse this di test section again

Is there any ongoing offer for the Target Test Prep GMAT subscription? I currently have a one-month subscription, with 19 days remaining. However, I haven’t attended any lectures yet, and I’m concerned that 19 days may not be enough time

Im stuck at 675, want to proceed further from there, any tips how?
Also I keep messing up the time in DI, especially multisource reasoning questions that require calculations, how do i reduce time spent?

I make about 2-3 mistakes in quant and Verbal, Quant is more of a time thing, DI is the one thats holding me back the most

I recently put together a detailed article on how to boost your DI score - how-to-improve-your-data-insights-score-from-d75-to-d82-446305.html. When it comes to MSRs, most questions in mocks or the actual test don’t require heavy calculations. Instead, they test your ability to interpret and connect data across tabs. That said, if you do run into a calculation-heavy one, your strategy should be to move quickly through the easier questions so you have buffer time to tackle the tougher ones when needed.

Keep your options open, but treat the USA situation like business as usual

Can’t believe the lengths some orgs can go to manage their reputation. But it’s okay, just take it easy, don’t be afraid

EU is still open. Few people shifted their plans to Germany and UK. Some Singapore (they got NUS, NTU, INSEAD), France (yup, INSEAD again, HEC), Canada (Rotman, Schulich, UBC, Ivey)

But not all is lost. Once I wrote an extremely long text to one of the Deans of American programs - I had to let go of my US dreams that year and all felt lost. And I was going through a lot (currently it’s worse than that but not important). He just told me that my USA dreams can still come true and after a difficult year with twists and turns off Canada, EU & US, I did finally end up in the US by the end of that year.

Whatever happened after that is less important but all I can tell you is to keep at it. Don’t let go of an option because there’s little ambiguity rn.

So, the good news is that you are in a pretty nice spot!

That said, you do need to continue to find your holes and fix those to help improve your score. Thus, engaging in topical practice is a great way to do so. Let's use quant as an example.

For example, let’s say you want to practice Number Properties. You can do so by answering 50 or more questions just from Number Properties: LCM, GCF, units digit patterns, divisibility, remainders, etc.

After each problem set, it's crucial to delve into the questions you answered incorrectly.

For instance, if you stumbled on a remainder question, take a moment to reflect. Was it a careless error? Did you fail to apply the remainder formula correctly? Was there a concept in the question that eluded you? This analysis is key to your learning process.

By carefully analyzing your mistakes, you will be able to fix your weaknesses efficiently and, in turn, improve your GMAT quant skills. Number Properties is just one example; follow this process for all quant, verbal, and DI topics.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Good luck!
