When I try to register for the GMAT exam, it always pops up like this. Can anyone know how to fix it?

There can be 2 reasons for such inconvenience.
1) May be you have a weak internet connection. Try using a stronger internet connection and see if it works.
2) You are spending too much time on the payment gateway. Usually, they have an upper limit of not more than 10 min. See if that's the case.
If none of these apply to you or work for you connect with Pearson support team. They are very helpful.

I can understand where you are coming from, the same issue has happened to me two days in a row.
I really do not understand what does Pearson VUE want, more and more people are shifting to the GRE and they can't even get their payment gateway right.
What PV7 is saying could be true in some cases but it clear as hell not true in my case.
