How many questions per section can you get wrong in order to get a 720? Or is the grading strictly based on the number of 700 questions you get right,etc.

Don't try to figure this out. It isn't just the quantity of questions you get right, but the quality as well.

Difficult to say. If this thing is easy to easy by a common person like us, all of the course offering guys must have figured out the algorithm. All tests must have given you precise scoring as official GMAT.
Anyway, cutting the crap and answering your question.... there is no fixed number of questions/range to get a 720. Depends on quality (higher level questions you answered correctly) and consistency (how consistent are you in answering a particular level question).
