This Kroll outfit is truly a piece of work. They've had my information for 5 weeks. Today I get two seperate e-mails from two different Kroll employees asking me for contact information for one of my last jobs (one each). This is information I already supplied to them with the initial submission (and, of course, PAYMENT for services). To top it off, they act like it's a RUSH to get this information, stating "if we don't hear back from your employer by Monday we will need you to submit W-2 forms" etc. Anyway, what did I even pay them for if they aren't savvy enough to navigate my employers phone trees to get the information they need? Why don't they just ask for your W-2's up front and cut out all the rest of this work?!?
I'm on a business trip now, and will be on one next week, as well, making this information inconvenient to provide. If this had been dealt with a month ago, when I submitted the paperwork, maybe it wouldn't be such a rush this week?!? Not only that, why are there TWO different Kroll employees working on my case - one for each employer? Doesn't seem to be very efficient.
I'd rather pay CFACharterholder $100 - he would have been done with all the verification weeks ago...
