Why is the answer A and not B? A does not have any relation to the reason why the company may still be confident about making a dent in the market.

Hi Experts

Please advice on why is it A? If the company is already known for its nominal price, why would its reputation suffer now?

Its A, in question stem, it clearly states, "Yet prospective clients will find it difficult to believe that a quality product could be available for such a low price." so the company might lose some clients/business/reputation
