Online GMAT or at test center

Question

Hi guys,

I took GMAT in June and got 710 (Q50 V36 IR6). Now I'm planning to retake it in August what you recommend should I take online exam or at the test center?

ABELG you are not allowed to take online GMAT again unless you faced any technical issue in previous one, so i don't think you have the option to appear for ONLINE GMAT again. Check the following link: https://www.mba.com/frequently-asked-qu ... %A2%20exam.

Depending on when you took your GMAT in June, you may not be eligible to take the online exam again. If you had an option to use a physical whiteboard, your probably not going to be allowed to retest unless you experienced major technical issues. If your not in a major rush to submit applications, you may want to try both online and test center if you are eligible.

Hi ABELG,

First off, a 710/Q50 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is probably NOT necessary. Depending on the Schools that you plan to apply to, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement.
