Hey guys! I have submitted my application to ESSEC BS, as I took the online gmat I could only attach to an online application a screenshot of the score from my account on mba.com. Of course, I have sent the official score to the school via my account.
I received an email from school saying that the gmat score does not contain my name so I should reload it , otherwise the application will not be reviewed. How did you guys upload unofficial online gmat scores? Is it possible to get a spreadsheet with your name smh? It only states your appointment ID.

You could try to print the Web page instead of screenshoting it; that's what I did (only need to print page 1 in pdf) and I haven't had any issue with my applications.
