Hi all, I thought of posting this in the general Online GMAT thread, but as it is so full and with so many different topics decided to separate it.
Please, keep the posts in line with the topic the intent is to think collectively of solutions and strategies for this interim exam, some of us may be finally "forced" to take it if we want to be considered or to push our applications.
One of the main issues of this version is the lack of writing materials, clearly a digital whiteboard without a touchscreen possibility and in the same screen than the question will make it even worse than not board at all.
So against this I think that maybe we can train by taking mock exams and solving questions without using any material or by using a digital board. Would be good to compare both outcomes, inputs welcomed, I guess that minimal or no use of a digital board will benefit the score as time is key.
Another thought that I had was to use a mouse click macro to save some seconds on each question (maybe will be possible to use enter instead of clicking "Next" like at the Economist Gmat CAT?).
I guess that we should expect a significant reduction on the results (50 points maybe? 10%percentile?¿) due to time constraints and accuracy drop.
Sorry for the messy text, if this grows I will organize the issues & strategies with proper format.
Regards,
Pablo
