continuous use of painkillers has two pernicious effect.
it reduces the livers efficiency in processing toxins in bloodstream.
it inadvertently causes body to build up resistance to active ingredients of painkillers.
reason- brain recognize intake of painkillers ingredients and respond by producing chemicals to neutralize the effects and ultimately reduce painkillers effectivenss.

A problem is not chemically instable painkillers. so this has no effect. reject.
B good for general purpose advise but not for here. reject.
C but then it still become continuous intake of painkillers and still same loop will carry forward. reject.
D then it worsen the situation more. out.
E only left. also if we keep switching the painkillers, the brain may not recognize the ingredients all the time so doesnt allow effects to be neutralized. so this works.

Over time, the continuous use of painkillers has two pernicious effects. First, it often reduces the liver’s efficiency in processing toxins in the bloodstream. Second, it often inadvertently causes the body to build up a resistance to active ingredients of the painkiller, because the brain recognizes the constant intake of ingredients particular to a painkiller and responds by producing chemicals to neutralize their effect, thus reducing the effectiveness of the painkiller.

From the passage above, it can be properly inferred that the pernicious effects of the continuous use of painkillers can be at least partially curbed by doing which of the following, assuming that each is a realistic possibility?

A. Only utilizing those painkillers that are chemically stable.
B. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle to improve liver function.
C. Slowly increasing the quantity of painkillers utilized, over time.
D. Not using more than one type of painkiller at a time.
E. Periodically switching the type of painkillers used.
