Good luck to all applicants. And stay calm as rolling admissions process tend to be very stressful.

Columbia - Admission Trends Over 5 Years!!

Here is our analysis of admission trends and acceptance chances at CBS based on our accumulated forum data of CBS applicants. We have tried to determine acceptance chances by GMAT score, admission rounds, industry, etc. and compare performance of GMAT Club applicants with overall applicant pool. The data used for this analysis is self-reported, so it's advised to use findings of this analysis with discretion. They are meant to give only a general idea of admission scenario at Columbia. Don't presume that these findings will hold true all the time.

We would welcome any comments, opinions, suggestions or anything else that you might have to say about the findings of this analysis.

There's a J-term MBA applicant who got an invite within two weeks. He posted on MBA LiveWire

A friend of mine visited campus a month ago and they said they will revert within 3 weeks for ED and J-Term. Not sure how far that is happening though....

Thanks - you too! And I've listed my background below:
- US Citizen, Indian Male
- Undergrad / GPA: Big Ten Engineering School (Think UofI-UC, Wisc, Michigan, etc.) / 3.7
- Work Exp: Technology Consulting --> Finance & Risk Consulting for 4 years, 5 years at matriculation (Think PWC, Accenture, EY, etc.); Promoted twice
- GMAT: 720 (Q48, V40)
- Extra Curr / Essays: Strong themes in leadership and collaboration. Stories here aligned to my post-MBA career interests in technology

That's right.

I met a CBS adcom member who was in town and she said that the typical turnaround time this time of year is going at 3-4 weeks. FINGERS CROSSED!

Looks like someone on Livewire from Buenos Aires applied on 7/11 and received an interview invite on 7/22 for August ED '19. I still haven't heard back yet and I applied on 6/29 - would there be a reason it would take longer for me to hear back other than a likely ding coming my way? I'm guessing if I still haven't heard back, my app probably had to go to a 2nd reviewer, which is why it's taking longer.
