Hello,
I wrote my GMAT exam on 15th September 2019. When i was doing Quants section, my system got stuck. I immediately informed the invigilator, who told me to wait outside and there will be no deduction in time allotted. However, when he told me to sit again on the seat, I lost many minutes in the exam. It broke my momentum in the exam. I was not able to do the last 7 questions in the quants section alone. The invigilator bluntly told me he cannot do anything. What should I do? Can anyone please help?

I'm sorry to hear about the technical issue that you faced on Test Day. While these types of issues do sometimes happen, the facility IS responsible for providing a reasonable, standardized testing environment for each Test Taker - and that did not happen here. I suggest that you immediately contact Customer Support and lodge a formal complaint. The investigation might take a few weeks, but if the disruption was as significant as you describe, then you are entitled to some type of restitution (such as a free retest).

2) How had you been scoring on your practice CATs/mocks?

Thanks for teaching me the meaning of the word "invigilator!" 39 years on this planet, yet I had not heard that term for proctor until today.
Good luck in resolving your issue with GMAC--test-day computer issues are the worst.
