Hi,

Please suggest me some good universities in US for PhD.

My stats:

* 2.4 GPA on a 4.0
* 4 years of experience(2 yrs as a marketing analyst in Accenture & 2 yrs as a marketing executive in a local firm)
* GMAT- 680

GPA might be a major issue depending on the specific school's metrics..what schools are you targeting?

Yes, GPA will definitely be an issue here. Could be a show stopper. If you have any reasons for leading to a low'ish GPA, would be important to describe it to the admissions office. I would suggest you consider re-taking the GMAT and get over 700. Also, make sure you put enough effort into your personal statement. That'll give a good balance of credentials. Good luck!

I do have a major reason for a low gpa.

700+ with a good and compelling personal statement and good references would form a nice balance :)
