Yes, GPA will definitely be an issue here. Could be a show stopper. If you have any reasons for leading to a low'ish GPA, would be important to describe it to the admissions office. I would suggest you consider re-taking the GMAT and get over 700. Also, make sure you put enough effort into your personal statement. That'll give a good balance of credentials. Good luck!

I do have a major reason for a low gpa.

By the way how much score will balance my gpa?

700+ with a good and compelling personal statement and good references would form a nice balance :)
