1st attempt : 740 ( Q 50, V 40 , IR 4, AWA 5 )
Graduation : 8.43/10
College : Faculty of Engineering , Jadavpur University, Kolkata. ( was ranked 11th in India when I got admitted ).
Stream : Electrical
CBSE : 91.4 % (2009)
ISCE : 92.4 % (2007)
I'm currently working in the Government Sector ( Damodar Valley Corporation ) as an Electrical Engineer ( joined on October 2013 ).
My profile is not strong as I dont have any extra curricular certificates.

Your profile is quite strong. It is not mandatory to have extra curriculars. Concentrate on the essay prompts and draft a strong essay. You have to identify the strong points in your resume and string a good story which accentuates your post MBA goals. Why MBA and why ISB should be very strong.

Wonder why you say that...Jadavpur University, 11th all India rank, great GMAT score, phenomenal academics. You have strength written all over!
Just focus on depicting these strengths in your application, and you're all set!
There is no such thing as a perfect profile; everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Play on your strengths.
