If money is not a huge constraint and you want the best possible prep, I’d likely pick Manhattan Review because of its strong reputation, structured approach, options for private coaching, good mock test feedback etc. The value seems higher for people who want a premium learning environment.
If you have a moderate budget, or are okay with doing a lot on your own but want class structure + good support, IMS looks like a good “middle ground” — decent quality, more affordable, good infrastructure.
If Princeton Review is offering a course mode (in-person / batch / or private) at a comparable price to Manhattan or IMS in your case, then compare the trial class + feedback they offer; if it's strong, they could be a good choice. But often the premium ones (MR) have an edge in teacher quality + mock test sophistication.
Also, sometimes combining self-prep with a few classes from Manhattan (for weak areas) might give better return: you cover basics by yourself / cheaper resources, then pay for the premium coaching just to polish and get higher-score strategies.
