I am an Indian female, 27 years with work 5+ years of work experience. My profile is: Program Manager with experience in Business Development, Training and Entrepreneurship.
Graduation: B.tech in Bioinformatics, with 70% aggregate from Pune University, which has a decent reputation.PMP certified, ITIL V3 certified and persuing diploma in training from ISTD Delhi.

Work Experience: I got a job in IT industry but left it in a month's time as I realised I have always been passionate for learning and development. So started training students and then got into corporate training for business communication for 3 years. Later got promoted as a Team lead for training team in one of the companies. Post switching job as a learning and development specialist in a telecom company, set up a whole new L&D department, worked on competency metrics to align right people for right job. Meanwhile, transitioned into program manager as I acqquired in depth knowledge of products, in the same company, where i am responsible to manage a product and its services which generate annual revenue of 40 Billion, recently did my PMP certification. I also did my ITIL certification, as I was responsible for finetuning the process in the operations department while setting up L&D dept.
Volunteer experience:
8 months in common wealth youth games- for successful completion of CYG in2008.
2 years of experience with an NGO in Rajasthan, a rural area, to drive skill development in women, organised several workshops and training for skill development for women.
1 year of experience with an NGO for HIV affected children, where my role involved teaching them and grooming them to develop their skills, and be in the job market.
Consulting and Entrepreneur experience:Co founded a training company, which conducts psychometric assessments for school and college students, and also for various corporates. Cracked one of the largest banks in India as our client.
