YB10,
Your
GMAT score of 690, coupled with a strong academic background in commerce and finance, positions you well for business school applications. Your work experience in financial services and Deloitte's corporate finance advisory team adds significant value, aligning well with your long-term goal in investment banking.
What you really need to do is to
add quantifications in your profile, and stating relevant numbers, etc. Showcase your
international experience, and leader experiences well as schools value these aspects. Remember that gmat is just 25% of your application so you would need to highlight all your achievements.
LBS, HEC, Oxford, ISB, and IESE are dream schools yet achievable targets if you focus on crafting a compelling narrative. Cambridge will be a slight stretch, so
target a mix of 6-8 schools, comprising dream, competitive and safe. Your finance background and clear career trajectory will be assets, but ensure your essays and recommendations strongly convey your potential and readiness for the rigorous world of investment banking.
If you need further guidance on your application process, including essay writing or school selection, don't hesitate to
get in touch for a more detailed discussion.
