Please advise me some specific schools. I thought of Duke, Haas, Ross, Tuck (being too optimistic?). Is it worth applying in colleges that high in ranking or should I search for other schools of lesser reputation?

A mix of schools - reach and realistic should be good, depending upon your career goals. Duke will have its Round 3 deadline in December as will Tuck. SO you may want to apply to just one of these schools.

It would not be right to name schools without knowing more about your profile, so I'd leave it for you to do some more research.

Once you’ve a competitive GMAT score (which you do), other things in your profile such as leadership, initiative, problem solving, uniqueness of background, and career graph play an important role in applications to competitive MBA programs. Dig out such experiences from your work – professional and otherwise – and you can be competitive at some of the top 25 schools. It depends a lot on ‘quality’ of professional and other experience.
