I would go with USC, it is as good if not better than the other programs listed, you want to be in LA and will have the strong local network to support you and you are in a great/social city with a little bit of scholarship money. Congrats on all the great options!

I vote for USC

I know their ranking has slid but the employers and people in LA respect the school a lot regardless. LA people will interview a USC grad over a CMU or Texas grad for sure.
