Hello, I'm currently scouting schools. A few I have in mind:
One-year at Notre Dame
Ohio State
Reach: Columbia
My GMAT from my two practice test hovers around 630ish.
My GPA is around 3.0.
I've been working 4 years, but have held 7 positions, most concurrently. From managing staff writers when I was a journalism undergrad, to moving to engineering and then being a student consulting for one company while being a project manager at the same time for another while in school. Currently, I'm a systems engineer whose work impacts thousands of end users and have even managed to get personnel changes, manage a personal website I grew from 2,500 unique visitors to 250,000 and also solely manage one of the largest non-profit websites in southern Ohio.
Essentially, I've just outworked everyone to get where I'm at. Should I stop at OSU/Notre-Dame, or should I attempt a really good Ivy? Or not waste my time? Do these schools seem like a good fit for getting into management and blasting through the ranks, or should I aim higher/lower? Any other schools I should consider?
I take the final test this Saturday, and have re-written my resume and started my recommendations.
Thanks all!
