Just had my inperson interview today.
I must say it was very conversational and no stress.

Also the admission team was very friendly.

Hi!

Does anyone know if ASU's early decision round is binding? I can't find this information anywhere....It is my safety and I am ready to apply for the earliest deadline(whenever they release that information)...but don't really want to do that if it is binding....
Quite frankly, it is not very intelligent to post this in a public forum. How do you feel that this looks in your application?

I think considering that the deadline has passed, he/she has made a choice. This post was made back in August.

Doesn't matter who he is, it's called courtesy. People get a notification everytime you post, someone will answer your questions eventually.

It’s an anonymous forum....and a legitimate question. There’s a chance that I won’t get it anywhere besides my safety and I still want to go there which is why I applied I just might not chose it if I have multiple options so if it’s binding I wanted to play by the rules to make sure I didn’t apply and then reneg on the obligation. If you look through the forums you will find plenty of people talking about their safety schools. It doesn’t mean that they don’t like or don’t want to attend it just means that it’s the school they are most likely to get into.

TLDR: safety school=school I’m most likely to get into NOT school I’m least likely to attend.

Do we need to send official Transcript to ASU or is the scanned copy sufficient for Application submission?
