You can try by adding that email to the safe senders list.
You can intimate the school about the delay. Usually schools don't mind receiving the LORs few days after the deadline.

In addition to the above I had this same issue with other recommendation emails and I emailed the school and they sent it using a regular email instead of an automated email and it went through. This is a common problem with rec forms so contacting the school would probably help!
