A)No,since if we look on the data Cable fibre , satellite and other we see that 8.6% of users have downloaded 212617 TB of data while if we see the DSL then 39.1% of users have downloaded 313926 TB of data so ultimately if we see the proportional calculation so Cable Fibre and satelly users have downloaded more data than done by DSL users
B)Yes Mobile and fixed wireless connection has more profit per subscriber :152.14
C)No,we cannot comment on it since we only know the total % of population divided among the four categories and whether the category among rural,urban,and suburban is highest among any of the 4 defined connections,but through it we cannot say that the urban has a particular population percentage

Now the average downloaded data for all the subscribers is as:
Dial Up - 32/2.4%
DSL - 313926/ 39.1%
Cable,Fibre Satellite & Other - 212617/8.6%
Mobile Fixed and Wireless - 28196/49.9%
We can see that Cable,Fibre Satellite & Other has downloaded on the average more data than a subscriber of any other connection type, not DSL, since the ration of the Data downloaded to per subscriber is higher for the former.
Answer No.
B. The mobile and fixed wireless connection generated more profit than any other type of internet connection.
