I have the same issue 
Looks like they have forgotten to renew their certificate for that sub-domain (silly that they don't have a single certificate for the entire site).
It seems to have expired just a few hours ago.

Oh god, same issue for me and I thought I am the only one facing this issue.
But, for some odd reason, the slots are still filling up quickly in my region despite this issue.
bb : Do you think we should proceed with booking ? Chrome restricts but internet explorer allows proceeding further (was skeptical about it though, but really need a slot soon, they're filling up quickly)
