I think you're targeting the right range of schools, so you should have a reasonable shot of getting into at least some of them (few people get into *all* the schools they apply to, given how much of a crapshoot it can be). Just disclose what happened with the F's (no need to spin anything, just state it in plain English as you have nothing to hide) and do the best you can on the applications.
