DI and graphs and tables is more about familiarity of patterns. The more we practice, better our brain comprehends data quickly
Soo true. MSR AND TPA requires more inference skills from your RC and CRs of the world

The first approach works in some questions and the second one does in other questions. Is there a solid answer to this that which approach should we follow doing MSR?
How do you rate yourself on Rc ?

On my last 2 mocks when I got a Di 84 and 83 I got lil casual on it and started skimming MSR and failed miserably. Maybe My process was to read properly but not too properly how we deep dive into Rcs making connections back and forth but the constraints on MSR are important. We tend to miss them and that’s where we slip on 1/3 mini questions under 1 question which eventually makes it wrong

Soo if you can develop some reading where you do not deep dive like the Rcs and also not skim - just take the middle ground that exact point will save you some time and also not make the reading casual

Jotting down the constraints is imp. Too

Alright thank you so much. So I may need to get a good grasp of the data before coming to the questions. And the grasp need not be a complete thorough reading or understanding. Just the relavant pieces of information required to proceed.

Great thanks for helping. Much appreciated!
Exactly this

For msr and Tpa Rc/Cr skills are sufficient
For TA and GI familiarity works so maybe more number of OG question practice. I don’t know if ppl recommend courses to improve on DI

My hand started moving faster using a mouse tbh instead of the one on the laptop

Arranging coloumns on the tables and stuff - things like those build you rhythm

Using the calculator on di was a task initially

Rate of work done was too slow to finish on time

An unpainted wall with a total area of 100 square feet needed to be painted with three coats of paint. Nelson began the job by painting an area of 60 square feet. Then, Jamaica painted a total area of 70 square feet. Finally, Bryan painted a total area of 80 square feet. Aȇer Bryan finished painting, an area of q square feet of the wall was covered in three coats of paint. If the entire surface area of the wall had received at least one coat of paint, which of the following specifies all the possible values of q ?

(A) 0 ≤ q ≤ 50

(B) 0 ≤ q ≤ 60

(C) 10 ≤ q ≤ 50

(D) 10 ≤ q ≤ 55

(E) 10 ≤ q ≤ 60

For this question why isnt <=60? When i do it through a diagram i shade the 60, then 70 overlaps the 60 leaving 10 of just 70 to be 1 layer of paint, 20 of no layers then 80 comes in distributed over the 20 of no paint and and remaining 60 can be on the one with 2 layers

Also is there a particular prep course focused towards DI? Like does Karishma Bansal’s course offer an only DI course? Or maybe it isn’t required?
I would love to see anything great on the DI. The most I’ve seen so far is some YouTube videos that we’ve put out and maybe some others but it’s pretty scarce.

There are some general principles and traps that I used on these questions but it’s harder to hack them so to speak, and instead a meticulous and detailed examination of every question you do is required and any mistake you make, you should treat it as a lecture and the lesson

I haven’t seen anything DI focused that’s worth it, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist I just haven’t seen it yet
