HRX273, I started in the 300’s and made way way to the 600’s expect to put a lot of studying and time into this. It is going to take a while I would say 6 months at least depending on your target score maybe longer
That’s encourage me tho but my , maybe I am mental stress personal things are effecting me , might be the reason I would say

How do you plan to utilise 6hrs per day?
I agree, it’s really hard to be productive and studying and digesting and absorbing for six hours a day. If you’re a college student and still quite young than maybe but if you have work and other things, I would say two hours is max for active studying

Being really honest i have taken 2 months off from from my job and my college is just over
I need to apply for universities by this august
So technically i can give more than 6 hrs if required per day but i am not good in studies

I have been struggling for the past month in gmat and i dont see any improvement and so my anxiety is high

And normally if i person takes 2 hrs to complete any portion in any given subject
Its takes me double the time unfortunately
i work hard but cant i dont see that much fruits in my studies

bb, For me going from 300’s to the high 400’s... studying long hours sometimes didn’t work because I would get easily frustrated which increased mental fatigue. After getting into the 500’s studying for longer hours became easier because I was spending less time trying to understand questions and less mental fatigue.

HRX273, When I was scoring very low it was extremely stressful and I thought about giving up many many times. I spent well over a year studying for this which included doing all of TTP and then getting a tutor and doing official guide questions only

TTP was great for developing strategies for verbal, and math fundamentals which I lacked.

HRX273, HRX273, I also had friends that were scoring higher and much faster with less study time, but I lacked the fundamentals. You can’t compare yourself to how others are doing because everyone has a different starting point, and for some people it takes over a year to get their target score
