Oh, I have an Indian HDFC Visa card that worked fine on a previous booking but got denied this time (even when trying via Customer Service)
However, an ICICI bank Visa card (also Indian) went through fine in first try.

Exactly. Some cards that worked earlier aren't working now, while others are working as expected. I've not received a very good answer from the company that handles our payments, but they did hint that some regulatory requirements could be the issue, at least in the short term. If most of the reports above are for Indian cards, then it's most likely not a problem with Pearson Vue.

I was able to call Pearson VUE, they mentioned it's an issue on the website and not on our end. After verifying all my details, their payments team helped me to schedule the exam on my preferred date over the call. They will levy 10$ call centre fee but you can mention the technical glitch and they'd be happy to wave it off.
All payments that I made on my card previously have also been reversed so no issues there as well.

Anyone find a solution to it.
I have tried multiple cards, workstations and browsers.
Nothing has worked so far
I am unable to order score reports

Wow, this is happening to me too, I live in VN and use Visa Credit card, this is the 1st time I try to book a test so I don't know what is going on.
I try 7 times with 3 different computers, 1 even in the USA with a Credit Card of my family member living there but it still have the same issue.

I have tried payment 5 times. Money was deducted from my credit card and following error message is displayed -
"For security reasons, your session has been deactivated. This typically happens when no activity has been detected for a certain period of time. Please start again"

The payment was done in few seconds but still the same message displayed every time.
I sent a mail to GMAT customer support but did not receive any response.
I need to book the appointment also and get refund of my 5 transaction amount.
Please help and guide.

I am facing the same error. Tried using different device, different card, different wifi but still the same error. What to do? I have also mailed GMAC but no reply so far. Can anybody pls help

I had the same issue and got the slot booked successfully through the hotline earlier this week

Is it safe getting a slot through their hotline, by providing all our card details to them?

Desperate times, desperate measures :)

They do have a separate "encrypted payment line" for what it's worth. I can't vouch for amy information safety, but i haven't experienced any suspicious activities on my card since the payment, yet (knock on wood)

I call the support center and they said that it was an error on their site. I tried one more time today and successfully booked a test. It's seem like the problem was fixed (at least with the payment from my country).
