Anyone find a solution to it.
I have tried multiple cards, workstations and browsers.
Nothing has worked so far
I am unable to order score reports

Wow, this is happening to me too, I live in VN and use Visa Credit card, this is the 1st time I try to book a test so I don't know what is going on.
I try 7 times with 3 different computers, 1 even in the USA with a Credit Card of my family member living there but it still have the same issue.

I have tried payment 5 times. Money was deducted from my credit card and following error message is displayed -
"For security reasons, your session has been deactivated. This typically happens when no activity has been detected for a certain period of time. Please start again"

The payment was done in few seconds but still the same message displayed every time.
I sent a mail to GMAT customer support but did not receive any response.
I need to book the appointment also and get refund of my 5 transaction amount.
Please help and guide.

I am facing the same error. Tried using different device, different card, different wifi but still the same error. What to do? I have also mailed GMAC but no reply so far. Can anybody pls help

Is it safe getting a slot through their hotline, by providing all our card details to them?

Desperate times, desperate measures :)

They do have a separate "encrypted payment line" for what it's worth. I can't vouch for amy information safety, but i haven't experienced any suspicious activities on my card since the payment, yet (knock on wood)

I call the support center and they said that it was an error on their site. I tried one more time today and successfully booked a test. It's seem like the problem was fixed (at least with the payment from my country).
