This is happening with me also. I complained in their portal and I have chatted with the support person as well. He says there is no particular reason why this is happening and his suggestion was to try after some time. Since then am seeing this problem again again and again.Now I will try with different internet connection. However, I cannot think of one valid reason why is this caused by internet connection.

I did email it to them, they replied saying they don't have the appropriate permission or something. Anyways the trick is to quickly click on next on each screen until you're on the payment page. It's risky tho because there may be info that needs to be changed. In my case, since I'm re-taking the GMAT, my data was saved. They don't seem to have a permanent fix for this i guess.

Good day, I have been facing this same issue for weeks now, I keep getting this error message. Please who has an idea of how to go around this,I really need to take the test soonest and I can't register.

Hi Erddie,

If you've been facing this technical issue the entire time that you've been attempting to schedule your Official GMAT, then it's possible that the problem is on your end (an old browser or firewall/anti-virus program that's keeping you from accessing some aspect of the GMAT Scheduling Tool). Do you have access to someone else's computer that you could attempt to use to book your appointment?

For security reasons, your session has been inactivated. This typically occurs when no activity has been detected for a certain period of time.

Same Problem with me too.
Tried Multiple Cards and Workstation but the Error remains the same.
I don't know what to do pls help me ASAP.

This happened with me as well.Reach out to the PearsonVUE hotline and they'll book the slot for you with your card details.
If they ask for a 10$ extra charge just let them know it is due to the ongoing technical issues at PearsonVUE so you shouldn't be charged for it.

Also, i realized that i was facing issues with Visa cards, using a Master card helped.

PS: check if you have International Transactions enabled!

Most likely,even i had used the same HDFC Bank Visa card to book a slot previously. Im not sure of it is a bank issue or something from Pearson Vue end

I've seen transaction failure rates for Indian cards spike in August. It may be something to do with a recent RBI mandate?

It'd be interesting to know where all of you are located (country where your card(s) were issued).
