Hi,
I gave my exam online on 12th March, 2021 and a very strange thing happened. Just when my verbal section was about to get over, the proctor popped up in the chatbox and told me that there is an issue in the connectivity and that he'll restart it up, by the time he initiated the procedure, I was done with my Verbal section and the 5 minutes break started. I dont know what he did then but the screen froze there and I waited for a long time and eventually when the exam time got over, i called GMAC to report of this.
When I today called them, they told me that their system shows that I have completed the exam. although I have reported the incident to them, I am not sure what should I do next,
Can somebody please tell me what generally happens in cases like this? Will they give me the score based on that paper or will I be told to give a re-exam? Any help will be very appreciated.

You have to patiently wait for them to revert as under such circmstances, GMAC allows re-attempt of the exam and cancels the previous attempt
