Generally, justification comes after the argument is made. Instead, it's used as the basis for the 2nd. That's why not 'E', instead it should be 'B'. Correct me if I'm wrong.

E is wrong because the argument does not reject the goal. the goal is to maximize the profits. In fact the argument rejects the means by which the company is trying to attain its goal.

Hope this explanation Helps Eliminate option E

B is the best answer
