I would like to know which school I could to aspire to get into. I am looking for an MBA in the united states and I would like to work there after so I looking at STEM certified mba's been Rochester my first option. I wouldnt mind taking a non-STEM mba if there are good chances of landing a work (for more time than de 12month OPT).

I would like either to change my career path and work in PE/VC or to work in the same sector I am in but in an higher position and in the USA. It's a bit tough to say without knowing your GMAT score. Generally speaking you want to at least hit & ideally exceed a school's average GMAT score. If you are below the average it will be harder to get in & if you are above their average it will increase your chances. Your GPA is a bit on the low end, so a higher than average GMAT will help to compensate for that.

It sounds like you have some solid work experience. You'll want to be sure to highlight your accomplishments rather than your job responsibilities. The adcom wants to see the impact you've had (e.g. driving increases in revenue, decreasing costs, leading teams of people, etc) - so examples like the fact that you helped increase sales from Spain from zero to now 25% of your total. Those types of accomplishments help your application stand out & also let the adcom know that you'll have valuable experiences to share in class discussion. When it comes to your resume & your essays & interview it's all about quality & not quantity. You'll also want to be sure to avoid industry jargon. The adcom won't know what something like "pokayokes system in Gsip" or "Compliance of audit requirements for QO post on the production line" (and again those read like job descriptions rather than accomplishments). You'll want to make sure everything is in layman's terms they understand.

Hopefully those tips help. Feel free to post here again once you have a sense for where your GMAT is landing & in the meantime you can use this as a guide!
