Thanks for posting. So in terms of strengths, you've got the GMAT, GPA, international experience which is a plus, and promotions working for you. Challenge-wise yes the gap, and the need to craft your story just a bit and explain your path, but that can be overcome. Also ensure that your story of your post-MBA goals is fully flushed out and you are ready to support and explain how it may all come together in a potential interview. But all things considered, things look good to apply to top schools.
