GMAT score - 730 (Q-49 V-42)
5+ years of Project Management Experience with Tata Power in infrastructure development role with experience of a utility sector in a developing country alongside projects with process improvements and innovation examples like being part of pilot ISO project at a utility.
CGPA 7.75, 85% in Senior secondary. Great extracurriculars like debates etc.

Hi Prakhar,
You have a great GMAT score and optimum years of work experience. INSEAD values international exposure- infact its a requirement. Where do you stand with respect to that?
Also how challenging has work been? what opportunities have you got to lead and to make an impact? We'll need to understand your profile better to comment on it. Feel free to share your resume with us.
What about extra curricular activities? Debates, if they happened during college are dated. What about more recent stuff? INSEAD has a question on extra curricular activities, so you should have something substantial to mention over there.

As an India who had cleared this year:-
1. GMAT - you are through
2. Profile - What would differentiate you from others who are applying - what value add would you bring - have you been able to build something long-lasting through your work - would it make for a great story for them
3. Extra currics - Again - What level - it doesn't have to be a competition - are you doing something unique that others might not have as their extra currics.
4. International exposure - I don't think having worked abroad or with multi cultural teams is a mandatory requirement,cause I don't have it & I still managed to get through but consciousness is a requirement. I believe they understand that it is a difficult pre-requisite for candidates from large emerging markets. You can show an inclination even through holidays/ traveling and weave a story in case you don't have one.
Basically, try to differentiate and stand - out from the rest. Think about the uniqueness in your profile.
