Hi,

GMAT: 650 (Q:47/V:32/AWA:6/IR:4)
Undergrad: Bachelor of Engineering (Information Sciences) from an average university - 61%

Led my team to 2nd place in an MTV reality show out of 100 teams across India
Led the committee to develop an intra college fest into an inter-collegiate fest, driving up the sponsorship by 3x
Won multiple cultural events in inter-collegiate events at college

Work Ex: 5 years in IT industry with digital technologies
Currently working with Accenture
My job involves development of code and technology consulting to some of the Fortune 500 clients.
This is my 3rd company and I've worked with a digital agency (startup) and DXC Technology earlier.

Apart from work, I am a volunteer at a school for 5 years, usually teaching kids from Class 2-4.
I've collaborated with an NGO and pioneered an interest-free micro-finance scheme to help women from the economically disadvantaged sections to develop entrepreneurship, helping them use their skills to earn more and develop their economic profile. Started this 7 years ago with 25 women and currently reach 110 women. Also developed a savings scheme with the micro-finance scheme and the savings have usually been used by the women towards education of their children.
Organised a few conferences on Communal Harmony by inviting leaders from various religions and from public service.

In the short term, I'd like to get back into the IT industry into Product Management or into IT strategy/Digital Consulting with MBB ideally.
in the long term, I'd like to continue working with the IT industry and get back to India and have a social impact in parallel.
I am interested in programs in UK and Europe. I wonder if my GMAT is on the lower side or if some of the top programs would consider me. Please suggest some b-schools that I should be considering.

Try MBA in University of Minnesota Twin city, they have full funding for everyone. Another good school can be University of Taxes at Austin. US news is a good source for searching schools.

Hi there, and thanks for writing! As you likely are aware, competition especially is tough for Indian applicants, so I would focus on UK/Europe schools outside of the top 20 given your academics - you can find the international rankings on FT or Bloomberg. LBS, Oxford, or Cambridge I'd consider reach schools but other schools within UK or continental Europe may be more attainable. Hope that helps a bit!
