Thanks for reaching out to us. Your international experience is great. Being an applicant from Spain is a nice plus too, as it will add diversity to a program. With the GPA being weak, the best way to mitigate that is to apply with a strong GMAT score, one that is close or even higher to the school's average. As it stands, I think CBS, Chicago, Kellogg are reaches and LBS is more likely (lower average GMAT + very international class). I recommend you retake GMAT, and it could even be worth waiting to apply in Round 2 for some schools, if that means you'll apply with a significantly higher score. Also be thinking about how to differentiate your experience and story from other consulting applicants (since it's a common demographic). The early promotion helps, any volunteer roles in the firm or unique interests outside of work? Those could be things you try to bring out more.

- WE: 36 months, consultant at Big consulting firm (not tier-1). Got early promotion, before stipulated time. Many international projects.

— double major (Business administration and Law) in prestigious business school in Spain. GPA conversion from Spanish grading system around 3.1 (weakest point of my profile)
— London School of Economics Summer programme in managerial accounting and financial control

— Created an students club at my university for students to share materials among them (still working today after my graduation 3 years ago)
