Hi MananShah070296,

Thanks for the details.

While your profile is well-suited to ISB, we suggest that you improve your GRE by a few points to move closer to the average score at ISB. The good thing is that there is still plenty of time before the Round 1 applications for one to balance this as well along with the essay work.

All the best!

Hello MananShah070296,

Your CGPA and GRE look solid, as does your work experience. With a 319 GRE, schools in the 10-20 range are good. If you want to aim for T10, then raising your score is important.

What are your post-MBA goals and do you have any extracurricular activities that you can list? Extracurriculars are a great way to stand out and demonstrate leadership.

Articulating your post-MBA goals is an even more key part of the application process. Doing so takes time and depends heavily on your personal circumstances so it is understandable if you have not developed them yet – Personal MBA Coach can help here!

We regularly help candidates reflect upon their goals. Feel free to review our services to learn how else we can provide guidance and send a note to scott@personalmbacoach.com if you are looking for help putting together strong applications.

Best,
Personal MBA Coach
