Hi guys,
Would love to hear some thoughts about my profile, I'm preparing to submit for 2026-2027 cycle for:

Stanford
Wharton
MIT
Kellogg

Yale
I'm 28 years old from Israel, B.A in Economics & Management from Tel Aviv University - Tier 1 university in Israel (graduated summa cum laude in Economics and magna cum laude in Management)
GMAT Focus - 675
Working experience: Pre-university: Served 3 years in the army as a head of team of technicians in the Air Force, overseeing 5 soldiers (day-to-day routine, real-time operational activities.
Post-university: 8 month as a strategy consultant at Strategy&, and then moved to Strategy & Operations role at the CEO's office of an international $10B high tech company listed on Nasdaq - working there for 2 years.
Extracurricular: Founder and chairman of a student club with a community of hundreds of students. First student in our faculty's history to found a student club as a freshman. Build and led a mentioring program for undergraduate students, which hosts some of Israel's largest companies' senior executives as mentors; the program grew to 400+ members since its launch. As club president, I recruited and led a team of 4 club managers.
Also, I represented ~1000 students at the student union for 3 years.
Volunteering: 3 years as a financial advisor for low income families. Started as a junior advisor, and became in recent year a branch manager, overseeing ~40 volunteers, making sure families are getting matched to financial guides, and that process are managed well, meeting KPIs we pre-determined.
Letter of recommendations: I would have one from my former Dean who knew me in person as a club manager and as a rep at the student union. I would have the second from my former manager (left about a month ago) who was a VP and the chief of staff to the CEO.
My post-MBA goals:Short-term: return to the CEO office, as the CEO has extended an offer to rejoin with a promotion to a Strategy & Operations Lead at the office.
Medium-term: progres to VP of Business Development in my company, leading strategic growth initiative such as Geo expansions, potrfolio expansion, and M&A
Long-term: found an EdTech venture to provide financial literacy for families and individuals at scal through gamification and technology, based on my experience at the NGO I volunteered for.
