I recently gave the GMAT FE and scored 655 (93 percentile) with the below break up (81 percentile in Quant, 86 percentile in verbal & 90 percentile in DI).
I will have 3 yrs of work ex by the time I apply for R1.
I am currently a part of a B4 consulting firm with 2 promotions over the last 2 years.
What are my chances of getting into ISB with my current profile?

However, your 655 FE score aligns with the ISB's average GMAT range 710-720. To boost your chances, focus on showcasing leadership, impactful projects, and any significant extracurriculars or community involvement in your application. Craft compelling essays that clearly articulate your fit with ISB and your career goals. If feasible, consider retaking the GMAT to aim for a 10 or 20+ points, as a higher score would significantly enhance your competitiveness otherwise you can focus on polishing other parts of your application. What's going to matter most in your application is how you connect the experiential dots and build a great story to stand out from other applicants in the pool. We want to begin by mentioning that we do see potential in your profile since you already have a good GMAT score (close to or slightly better than the median score of applicants getting admits) and you have demonstrated good career progression as 2 promotions in 2 years in a Big 4 consulting firm does speak of exceptional performance on your part.
However, you must know that ISB evaluates a profile wholistically, and to better comment on your profile, we would also be keen to understand how your academic performance has been and if you have any personal stories pertaining to your interests / self-initiatives that can help you stand out. End of the day, whether or not you get a shortlist for an interview will depend a lot on how you are able to impactfully put together your application, bringing out your authentic self and highlighting key impact stories from your life growing up, your studies and your work experience.
