Hi there!
I (27/Female/Indian) need your feedback about my profile for M7 schools and UCLA.
My profile:
10th - 93.1%
12th - 88%
B.E. - Panjab University (8.87/10); Top 5% of batch
PGDM: IIM Lucknow (7/10)
GMAT 760 (V44, Q49)
Work Experience -
Working with an Edtech firm for the last 3.5 years; Have had multiple promotions and am leading large scale high impact projects as the Learning Experience Lead.
ECs:
Have multiple awards in public speaking and creative writing
Have published a collection of poems
Tutored students for accounting at IIM L
Volunteering at an e-learning NGO as a teacher
Mentoring young girls to work towards UNICEF knowledge conservation goals
Post-MBA goals:
Short term: Education strategy consulting arms of MBB, or L.E.K
Long term: Social venture aimed at improving STEM education for rural and remote areas
Any feedback/insights would be really appreciated!

You will have a puncher's chance at M7. Kellogg and UCLA do feel like particularly good fits.
I would not go too heavy into consulting for a short-term goal in your essays. It's very overplayed. I would think of something else that could help you get to your long-term goal that would be way more interesting and tie into your pre-MBA experience.
Your extracurricular activities look fine though I wouldn't call them a strength. It depends on how much you want to lean into them in your essays/recommendation letters.
