Profile Evaluation:

GMAT: 620 ( Q40, V35, IR 3)
TOEFL: 113 (R-26, L-30, S-29, W-28)
Matric: 66%
Pre-Engineering: 77%
Mechanical Engineering(4yr): CGPA 3.62/4
Experience: 5 years in a well reputed company and held important roles-Currently employed in the same company.
Extra-curricular activities: Captain of the university cricket and squash team. Active volunteer at SOS Children's Villages.

I'm applying in R2 this week of the following B-schools:
1- HEC Montreal
2- UBC SAUDER
3- MCGILL
4- ROTMAN

DO I STAND A CHANCE?

Thank you for your post.
While your GMAT and GPA are likely a bit below the schools’ averages, if you have taken any additional coursework or have any designations (like a CFA), that will also help show the schools that you have the academic ability to succeed in the classroom. Make sure to use your resume and your recommendations to further illustrate your quantitative and analytical abilities.
In general, this process is a holistic one. Admissions committees will also look at your work experience and extracurriculars. Hopefully you can illustrate that you have really made an impact at work through your accomplishments, and that you have taken the initiative and shown leadership. Similarly, it’s important to show your impact outside of work, perhaps while volunteering at SOS Children’s Villages.
It is good to see you are applying to several schools to give yourself a chance at at least one of them.
