Hello Everyone,
I am from Hong Kong and plan to do Masters in Finance either in UK or Hong Kong.
My Profile:
4th-year student at the University of Toronto, double-major in Actuarial Science and Economics.
GPA: 3.9/4 ( All A grades except a B- in an elective and a B+ in marco)
Internship : 0! ( I know thats a problem )
GMAT: will take it next Tuesday, expected around 650-680
Probably won't be able to get a good reference letter from Profs as I am an introvert person
Had been studying in USA for two years then transferred to University of Toronto as a third year student just before I turned 18.
So the question is, with my high GPA together with low GMAT score and zero internship, what is my change of getting into some great schools such as LSE, Imperial, UCL and University of Hong Kong. For sure I will apply some "not so top" schools to ensure an offer.
One more question, there are some schools like Imperial and HKU which doesn't require GMAT, so, if I get around 630, should I include the score in my application, will it lower my chance to get in?
You are welcome to give comments( harsh ones are fine for me), I'd be much appreciated.
Thanks a lot!
