Dear Akhilesh Keshap,
Thanks for writing,
Okay got a few thoughts here for you:
1. You only wrote 2 lines about the single most important part of your profile - work. What did you do over 8 years? Who did you work for? Any leadership? How fast did you advance? What achievements? Etc. etc.
2. Your school list is not realistic - For Indian/IT/Male if you didn't go to IIT or another top school PLUS get a GPA of 8.something above, these schools are a bit out of range, unless you have something very very exceptional in your profile.
3. You maaaay want to rethink your goals - Right now they aren't very realistic. I can't tell you how many Indian IT folks want to move into VC... But think of it this way - a good VC post is not easy to land even if you have finance experience, are from the US AND graduated from a good school. Plus, VC firms like to hire young. My advice would be that you stick to the industry you know well.
Now, I hope that that wasn't tooo straightforward... but I think that if you drop the idea of going to Top 15 schools, you will be far more successful.. Because there is some great stuff in your profile, most notably, your team building and leadership, as well as your vast experience (though I need some more detail on that too)
I hope this helps,
Best,
JF
