Hi everyone!
Do you guys think I may have any change to get into Imperial /ESADE / other 1 year MiMs?
Age:22
Education:
- Bachelor in Business Administration at an italian public uni: Final Grade: 108/110 (should be from 2:1 to 1st class honours), graduated last year.
- Studied 3 semesters abroad (Erasmus programme), 2 in Europe and 1 in South America.
- Fluent in English and Italian, intermediate in Spanish.
Work experience:
- 3 months in Amazon as Financial Analyst.
- Currently working in a start-up as Analyst.
Still have to take the GMAT.

I believe that you certainly have a strong profile considering your international exposure, academic performance, language abilities, and work experience. You should focus on potential leadership traits that you have learnt from your professional and personal journey so far. Also, you should focus on how these experiences led to a version of you that can essentially contribute something to the class that the other applicants might not be able to.

So you have a pretty decent profile - especially with the international experience and brand name of Amazon in your resume.
UK schools especially value international work experience so for Imperial your international experience would especially be leveraging.
Moreover, Imperial business school doesn’t require GMAT so I would suggest you to apply ASAP.
Both Imperial and ESADE are in competitive rank with a strong application getting an admit shouldn’t be a problem for you.
Your profile is realizable for Top 10 MiM Programs as such - A GMAT score of 700+ backed by a strong application should get you to admit from the top ones.
If you wish to know your chances of getting admission at any school you’re targeting, I’d suggest you get your profile thoroughly evaluated to hear the final verdict.
