Although you do come from a big and tough pool, you have a few very nice things in your profile. To start with your nice academics and strong grades. The international experience you have in Finland is also a unique selling point, and I think you should definitely emphasize this when writing your essays.

Regarding your goals there is one thing that doesn't actually make all that much sense. Why would you go from Telecom towards consulting only to return to Telecom? Why wouldn't you just stay in Telecom, but just move towards a managerial position? It seems like it makes more sense to me, plus there are plenty of good jobs in this industry. Why make yourself like everyone else by presenting goals in consulting???

Your school list is good. I would add at least two more schools. Think about McCombs. Georgia Tech, Anderson, as they are all good schools for tech people, and will probably help you reach your goals.

Hope this helps!!!
