Hey there dude,
Looking pretty good. You have the GMAT, the employer, the leadership program, and a great GPA. The only "missing" thing in your profile is an ivy league school, but you can also easily get into a fantastic school without that. With logical goals and an awesome application I think you should see some results, and can stick to top 10-15 programs.

Thank you for your feedback Jon. I had a feeling my school was going to hold me back. Do you think it is worth mentioning that I got into UCLA & Berkeley, but ultimately chose CSULB because of the full-ride vs. heavy debts? Thanks again!
