Thanks a ton for the valuable feedback.
Apart from 700+ in GMAT, is there anything else I could do to make my profile competitive enough?
Do you think the current extra curricular/achievements are decent enough?

Much better personalized advice possible if you pm your resume for a deeper look.
Broadly however, 1) volunteer a lot 2) take projects to demonstrate skills you think you lack 3) Show initiatives and leadership 4) The larger the impact in all 1, 2, & 3, the better it is.

At Work: Register Accomplishments in your JOB. Your essays WILL need much boost from your workspace.

Plan your career Goals (FOR YOUR own understanding first, What to write in MBA applications comes later). Feel free to connect for help.

a. Post MBA Goals MUST connect to learnings from your past. It may help to learn from your supervisor’s work (AT LEAST 2-4 levels above yours, depending on the Industry)

b. Speak to your manager to assign you on projects to help you close any gaps. YET, don’t rely on them to find tasks to fill your needs. Do that research YOURSELF. Don't however put your core responsibilities secondary to your MBA plans. Regardless of how you do it, it will show.

c. Volunteer for various experiences at work (including organizing team-events). Plan office off-sites, set up libraries on rent, invite speakers, train juniors or get involved in recruiting. New initiatives at work will score you big brownie points.

That's a great piece of advise. This is what I was looking for.
Alongside my GMAT preparation, I will emphasize on the points you have mentioned.

Will share detailed resume soon. Haven't updated it in a while, especially since I got into a new job.
Thanks a ton!!
