Hey man!
Good to hear from you!
so you have plenty of good stuff in your profile: Good GPAs, studies and work in the US, good employers, and all....
I have two pieces of advice:
1. Retake the GMAT. Your profile is great, but your GMAT is mediocre. It's a good thing. Because the GMAT is the easiest to fix. What does it mean? that you won't be applying this year. But no biggie! Just work it and go to a better school one-year later. It's totally worth it.
2. If you are to really make a great application, you need to reconceive of yourself as a leader and visionary. Right now, your profile reads like "smart guy who works hard", but there's nothing I can read into your profile that makes you unique, exceptional, a leader, a visionary, and THAT is exactly what you need to make the most out of your application.
Get started with those two things and the rest will follow,
Best,
JF
