Hi there,
Gave my GMAT recently, well I gave it today, and I'm kinda disappointed with my scores. I may retake the test again in March, but I parallely want to understand where I'm at right now in terms of my chances.
Basics: 27, Indian Male (Non-engineering and non-techie), GMAT: 650 (V34, Q46)
Education: Chartered Accountant (Got my license in 2017) and B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University with a CGPA of 5-6 (not sure since I my marks were in %). 10th and 12th were 86% and 79% respectively.
Work Experience - Interned for 2 years with a top 10 professional services firm in North India between 2013 and 2015; Working with PwC India in their Transfer Pricing (Tax) line of service since April 2017. Was promoted in 2019; Received consistently positive appraisals (top 2 performance ratings). Handling close to 30% of Partner's turnover. Worked on one of the largest bilateral APA for the Indian subsidiary of a UK based group through which we achieved tax certainty for the Company for 5 future years; In general worked for clients based out of UK, US, Japan, Switzerland, Germany etc; Lead relationship on several of my accounts where I'm responsible for not only managing the day-to-day matters but also to develop the account for the firm; Received multiple client appreciation awards during my stint at PwC.
Extra Curriculars / Volunteering - Played Table Tennis upto zonal levels during school days; Love trekking. Have gone on professional treks and plan on doing more as the overhang of GMAT leaves my mental space
. Part of Steering Committee at PwC India, Transfer Pricing where I was responsible for receiving feedback from people on the floor, developing and executing programmes to increase the connect between leadership and practice employees.
Target Schools - IE, ISADE, SDA Bocconi. All for intake 2021.

You have strong grades, and the fact that you are a Chartered Accountant adds to your quantitative capabilities. Your work experience looks good, though the average years of experience upon matriculation is closer to five years. Have you considered waiting one more year to apply? It’s not necessary, but that may give you extra time to take on leadership roles at work, as well as take the GMAT up to 3-4 times. Although you also have the rest of this year to work on that. You’re right, though, your GMAT is where you will need to make the most improvement.
And of course, in your application you should emphasize the personal side of your stories, both at work and in your extracurriculars. Hopefully your target schools will see that you have a compelling story and are someone who will add value to the classroom and community.

Thanks for responding. The thing is that my role on PwC may not change substantially. I may add another promotion in May 2021, but that is something too far fetched right now.
And what other schools do you think I may have a competitive chance of admitting? Preferably Europe.
My short term goal is to graduate with MBA, work in consulting with either of MBBs.
EDIT -- Also what should my target score be for the above mentioned schools?
