Bio: 26, F, American (South Asian-American)
GPA: 3.2 from a UC, BA in Econ/Acctg (went to three different schools in 4 years so I can explain why this is low)
GMAT: 750 (Q47, V45)
Work Experience: 5 years: 2 years in Audit at a mid-tier firm (BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, etc.), 2 years Finance/Accounting at a 100 person e-commerce startup, Currently a Sr Fin Analyst at Music Streaming company
Extras:
-Licensed CPA
-Board Member of an arts Non-profit
-Mentor for past 1 year in a Big Brother/Big Sister type program
-Steering Committee member at work for Women's group and Diversity Group
Recommenders: Previous 2 Managers (haven't been at current company long enough to ask my current manager)
Post MBA Goals: Entrepreneurship, Consulting (eventually would like to start my own company in the Arts space or e-commerce)
Target Schools: Kellogg, Columbia, HBS, Wharton, Ross, McCombs, Jones - any others?

Your GMAT is very strong of course, and it's great that you're a licensed CPA. It sounds like you've also had a good balance between audit work at an accounting firm and in-house corporate work. I'd want to know more about your performance at each of your previous employers (any promotions? Did your scope and responsibilities increase over time? What types of projects did you have an impact on?) in order to fully gauge how competitive your profile is. Your undergraduate record is also somewhat of a vulnerability -- it sounds like you have a clear explanation for this, but at schools like Kellogg, Wharton, and HBS, the AdCom will want to understand what happened.
Other than that, I think your overall school list is quite well balanced. I would suggest that you narrow the focus of both your short-term and long-term post-MBA career goals for the purpose of your essays -- entrepreneurship and consulting are very different, as are arts and e-commerce. AdComs want to see a clear and compelling career arc that makes sense with what you've done prior to business school, so you want to make sure that your stated goals aren't too scatter-shot.
