I have a keen interest in chess (1600 rated player) and reading.
I have been trying for a good GMAT score but unfortunately, i am still stuck in mid 500s.
I am not sure whether i should stick with GMAT and apply for regular MBA or i should switch to EA and try my luck.
Moreover, i am not sure whether my profile is a below average or just an average.
I am looking for Canadian, European and Indian B-schools. Below are the colleges i am looking after -
Smith School of Business
Schulich School of Business
Sauder School of Business
HEC Montreal
WHU (Otto Beisheim)
ESMT Berlin
I would be grateful if you have any feedback for me.
Without deeper details into your profile, I can see you have a decent chance with HEC Montreal & ESMT Berlin, though with a compelling story. With a standout story, you may be able to make it into Sauder as well.
With 7 years of Experience, I would say you are not yet ready for EMBA.
As for GMAT, if you have the time, you could attempt GRE instead, but some of that could be better assessed when you can share your profile in detail.
